1)Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a healing technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that stimulates specific points on the body using thin needles. It works by encouraging the body’s natural healing processes, balancing the nervous system, reducing inflammation, and improving circulation.
We treat a range of issues including chronic pain, migraines, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, fertility, digestive concerns, neuropathy, insomnia, and more.
Most people feel little to no discomfort. The needles are very thin—about the size of a human hair. Many patients feel relaxed or even fall asleep during treatment.
Yes. When performed by a licensed and trained professional, acupuncture is extremely safe. We use sterile, single-use needles for every session.
How many sessions will I need?
At our clinic we customize treatment plans based on your individual case. The amount of sessions depends on the severity and complexity of each patient. We treat multiple conditions from stress to complex fertility and chronic conditions and each person needs a specific treatment plan catered to them.
Absolutely. Acupuncture can complement Western medicine and is often part of an integrative care plan. We work alongside many Medical Doctors for an integrative approach to help each of our patients.
What should I expect during my first visit? (Also include link to the blog )
Your first appointment includes a full consultation where we’ll discuss your health history, symptoms, and goals. The treatment itself is relaxing and tailored to you.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing so we can easily access areas like arms, legs, and back. You don’t need to bring anything else—just come hydrated and fed (not on an empty stomach).
Side effects are rare and usually mild—like slight bruising, lightheadedness, or fatigue can happen. Most people feel calm and energized after treatment.
Coverage varies. Some plans include acupuncture. At our office, we don’t directly bill insurance. We can provide a super bill for the patient to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.

2) Acupuncture for Complex Infertility (Female and Male)
Acupuncture helps regulate hormones, improve blood flow to reproductive organs, reduce inflammation, improve sperm quality, lower stress, and support ovulation and menstrual health—all of which can enhance fertility in both men and women.
We support patients with conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, irregular or absent cycles, luteal phase defects, thin uterine lining, poor egg quality, recurrent miscarriage, or age-related fertility challenges.
Acupuncture improves sperm count, motility, morphology, and DNA integrity. It also reduces oxidative stress and can support hormone balance in cases of low testosterone or varicocele-related fertility issues.
Yes. Acupuncture is often used before and during IVF or IUI cycles to improve outcomes. It helps regulate the cycle, optimize egg and sperm quality, improve implantation rates, and reduce side effects from medications. It is important to make sure you find a licensed professional that specializes in fertility.
It is recommended starting treatment at least 2-3 months in advance to allow time to support egg/sperm development and regulate the cycle.
Acupuncture can support egg quality, improve blood flow to the ovaries, reduce stress on the body and enhance outcomes when combined with other fertility treatments.
Frequency depends on your diagnosis and goals. Most patients come in 1-2 times per week, especially during key phases of the cycle. We customize your treatment plan to your specific needs.

Microneedling
Microneedling uses a device with fine needles to create tiny micro-injuries in the skin, which stimulates collagen and elastic production. This natural healing response improves skin texture, reduces scars, and boost overall radiance. It helps with lines and wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, sun damage, hair growth and more.
Results can be seen after one session, but we highly recommend a series of 3 (or more) depending on your skin and goals.
You may have some redness, warmth, and possibly tingling sensation for 24 hours. Most people can resume normal activities the next day.
Yes. It is safe and effective for most skin tones and types when performed by a trained professional.

Also, on the services page where it lists all of our services can we add a “learn more” button that can lead to the same page as above?
